Fixes
When regenerating an ADI file for upload to SFTP, the user should no longer get the error, "Could not find file 'C:\Program Files\Propharm\Nexxsys\Interface\ADI\CANCEL_*'. Configuration is now looking in the correct directory for the CANCEL file.
The root directory in the database was corrected so that ADI files can be uploaded to and downloaded from the SFTP. The receiving location should get a pop-up notification that # file(s) has been received.
When there are no files available on the SFTP for download, ADI should no longer crash when the central filling store attempts to Receive files. The user should receive a pop-up notification that indicates, "No file has been received."
In More > Pharmacy > Workflow Preferences, the Workflow checkbox under the Workflow Status tab should be disabled. All associated Workflow preferences located under the Workflow checkbox (i.e., Waiting for Data Entry, Waiting for Packaging, e-Verify) are enabled only when Workflow is ON. The Workflow checkbox can only be enabled or disabled by contacting PTS.
The Last Fill Date for a PrescribeIT® prescription is now correctly displaying the last Completed/Amended prescription in the authorization chain instead of skipping down to the last Completed/Amended PrescribeIT® prescription in the authorization chain.
When a trace number reversal is attempted for a recycled trace number, the most recent claim associated to that trace number should be reversed.
Patient Profile Condensed or Patient Profile reports should no longer crash when the Repeats value is as high as 6 digits.
Enhancements
The Lot # and Expiry fields should be mandatory when entering a new immunization in the Patient Folder Consult tab. If a lot number and expiry date are not entered, upon selecting OK in the Consultation/Intervention Form window, a prompt indicates which required field(s) are missing data. Upon selecting OK to the prompt, you are now returned to the Transfer Out window to enter the required information.
The EHR checkbox in the Transfer Out window should be disabled with a default setting of ON for DIS prescriptions; transfers should not be allowed to bypass DIS. If a Detected Issue is returned during the transfer out process, upon acknowledging the Detected Issue, you should be returned to the Transfer Out window to correct any necessary information and resubmit the transfer.
-
As a result of this change, you cannot bypass DIS when transferring DIS prescriptions out of province. For information on how to transfer a prescription out of province, refer to pages 124 - 125 of the NS DIS User Guide.
The Dispense Pickup field in More > Nova Scotia should be disabled with the following default settings:
-
For POS integrated stores: Dispense Pickup is set to POS Integrated. When a prescription is sold at the POS, the Pick Up message is sent to DIS.
-
For non-POS integrated stores: Dispense Pickup is set to Dispense for non-Workflow enabled stores and Workflow Integration for Workflow enabled stores. When set to Dispense, the Pick Up message is sent when a prescription is filled. When set to Workflow Integration, the Pick Up message is sent when Workflow is completed for the prescription.
